Abstract

A woman is the foundation of society. She is not a thing to be trampled on. The Queen of Jhansi is also a woman, but the bravery she displayed is no less than that of men. Her work in history is a new direction and inspiration for the female race. I met Mrs Meena Kuruvilla Madam while working at Rajgiri College of Social Sciences. I saw her work. She is extremely hardworking and is known as a very good person. A great personality dedicated to education and social service. Meena Madam has a lot of potential in social work.Mrs Meena Kuruvilla is the Project Director of Rajagiri outREACH, the flagship live lab in the campus and prior to it
has served as a member of the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (SCPCR) during the period 2014-2017. Meena has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and graduated from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences,
Kalamassery. She has held positions in committees of various international and national institutions and has conducted over 22 programs.
