Abstract

Adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in knowledge management systems (KMS) is reshaping organizational frameworks, offering innovative pathways to enhance employee productivity. AI-driven KMS integrate intelligent algorithms to automate data processing, organize unstructured information, and enable personalized knowledge delivery. This study explores the implementation of AI in knowledge management systems at Tech Mahindra Nagpur, examining its impact on employee productivity. Key focus areas include AI’s role in improving decision-making processes, fostering real-time collaboration, and minimizing repetitive manual tasks. The research utilizes both qualitative and quantitative methods, encompassing surveys and case studies to analyse employee perspectives on AI tools in their daily workflows. Findings reveal significant improvements in task efficiency, knowledge accessibility, and employee satisfaction levels. However, challenges such as data privacy concerns and initial resistance to AI adoption are also highlighted, underscoring the importance of change management strategies. Insights from this research emphasize the strategic potential of AI in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within organizations. The study concludes with actionable recommendations for optimizing AI adoption in KMS, balancing technological advancements with human-centric approaches to ensure seamless integration and long-term benefits for both employees and organizations.
