This study aims to explore the relationship between competency mapping and employee engagement at SDPL Nagpur. Competency mapping refers to identifying and analyzing the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for various roles within an organization, whereas employee engagement is the emotional commitment and involvement employees have towards their work and organization. The research seeks to understand how well the competencies of employees align with their job roles and how this alignment influences their level of engagement and productivity.
