This research investigates the integration of SAP ERP solutions into the business operations of Bizware International Technologies, Pune. The study focuses on evaluating how the adoption of SAP ERP has influenced various business functions such as finance, human resources, and supply chain management. Using both primary and secondary data sources, the research highlights improvements in operational efficiency, real-time data access, and inter-departmental collaboration. It also identifies key challenges during implementation, including user resistance and training gaps. Survey results from employees indicate a generally positive response toward the system’s impact, though initial adaptation hurdles were noted. Overall, the study concludes that SAP ERP has significantly streamlined processes at Bizware, supporting better decision-making and resource management. The research offers recommendations to enhance user engagement and maximize the long-term benefits of ERP integration.
