Abstract

This research explores the adoption of the SAP ERP system and its influence on business operations at Bizware International Pvt. Ltd., Pune. In today’s competitive and data-driven business environment, enterprises seek integrated systems to manage resources efficiently. SAP ERP offers solutions that unify various departments, improve workflow, and enable informed decision-making. The study focuses on understanding how the implementation of this system has impacted process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall productivity within the organization. Results indicate enhanced operational control and improved coordination between departments. Despite the advantages, challenges such as training gaps and system adaptability were also observed. The research concludes that SAP ERP has played a significant role in transforming business functions, but continuous user support and system updates are essential for maximizing its benefits.
