Abstract

Adoption of HR technology has revolutionized workplace dynamics, enabling streamlined operations and enhanced employee productivity. This study investigates the impact of HR technology adoption at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Nagpur, focusing on key areas such as automation, data-driven decision-making, and employee engagement. By employing a mixed-methods research approach, data was collected through surveys and interviews to analyse how advanced tools like HR analytics, automated workflows, and employee self-service portals influence productivity metrics. Findings indicate significant improvements in efficiency, reduced administrative workload, and heightened job satisfaction levels. The research also highlights potential challenges such as the learning curve associated with new technologies and the need for continuous training. By bridging these gaps, organizations can optimize the benefits of HR technology, fostering a more agile and productive workforce.
