The dynamic interplay between Human Resource (HR) practices and business analytics has emerged as a pivotal factor in driving organizational performance. The integration of Human Resource (HR) practices with Business Analytics has emerged as a critical driver of organizational performance in the contemporary corporate landscape. This research investigates the impact of aligning HR functions with analytical tools and techniques at Varron Autokast Ltd, Nagpur. The study aims to understand how data-driven HR strategies contribute to improved employee performance, talent management, and overall business efficiency. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative interviews with HR executives and quantitative analysis of organizational performance metrics. Key areas examined include recruitment analytics, performance appraisal systems, employee retention strategies, and workforce planning. The findings demonstrate that the application of business analytics in HR processes led to more informed decision-making, higher employee engagement, and measurable improvements in operational outcomes.
