This study aims to explore the level of job satisfaction among employees at Ideal Enterprises, Nagpur. Job satisfaction is a critical factor that influences employee performance, organizational commitment, and overall productivity. The research focuses on identifying the key factors that contribute to job satisfaction within the organization, such as work environment, management style, compensation, career development opportunities, work-life balance, and interpersonal relationships among colleagues.
