Abstract

 

The role of employee engagement is vital in shaping an organization’s success, particularly in the highly competitive IT sector. This study examines the influence of employee engagement on organizational success at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Nagpur. By analysing engagement strategies, employee motivation, and workplace culture, the research explores how engagement influences productivity, job satisfaction, and overall company performance. A combined methodology, utilizing surveys and interviews with TCS employees is used to gather insights. The findings highlight a strong correlation between engagement levels and key performance indicators such as efficiency, retention, and innovation. The study concludes that fostering a positive work environment through effective engagement strategies can significantly enhance organizational success. Recommendations are provided to improve engagement initiatives at TCS, contributing to long-term business sustainability.
