This research examines the effect of Virtual Reality (VR) training on employee engagement, focusing on how it influences motivation, learning retention, and overall work performance. While conventional training methods can struggle to maintain employee interest, VR provides an engaging, interactive learning environment that may better captivate employees. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys and interviews with employees who have undergone VR-based training. Early results suggest a positive shift in employee engagement, with participants reporting increased motivation, improved retention, and a stronger connection to their roles compared to traditional training programs. The findings support the idea that VR training can enhance employee engagement, contributing to higher productivity and better learning outcomes. The paper concludes with insights into how organizations can adopt VR training to foster a more engaged workforce.
