Abstract

The primary objective of this paper is to identify

the effectiveness of learning listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills through mobile

technology and to categorize apps based on the learners' levels. The study also discusses the strategies,

techniques, theories, and instructional features that support various mobile apps. Numerous apps have

been developed to improve learners' communication skills, with a primary focus on enhancing basic skills

such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing through the use of mobile phones.
