Culture is an important component of human development and social integration in the individual aspect but in the context of a nation-state as a whole, it promotes cultural nationalism based on mutual bonding and unity among the citizens of the country, which leads to political nationalism in the modern sense. An incredible effort to promote the Indian identity of cultural nationalism has been made remarkably by Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya. Which also tries to strengthen the path of progress of the country with the discourse of Indian knowledge, tradition, religious elements and ethics, values and customs, legal aspects, science and arts, humanities and social sciences. Mainly it is completely different from Western cultural nationalism because it includes the concept of 'Chiti and Virat'. Chiti is related to the soul of the nation, which is based on the cultural heritage, traditions and values of the nation. And Virat is the collective aspect which is to fulfill the aspirations of a better future by the alliance of all the citizens of the country. Along with this, the aspect of integral humanism is also prominent in this, which promotes the holistic development of the last person of the country by connecting him with the flow of development, beyond the diverse nature of India. This includes the development of mind, brain, cultural and spiritual development, development of language and philosophy. Along with this, material/economic development is also to be accelerated from the Indian cultural aspect.
