Abstract

This study highlights several key points regarding the role of employer branding in attracting and retaining information and communication technology (ICT) specialists, particularly in the context of Georgian companies. There’s a global demand for ICT professionals, amplified by remote work opportunities and accelerated by the COVID- 19 pandemic, making it a highly competitive market.  The research suggests that employer branding is becoming an increasingly crucial factor for both attracting and retaining talent. In Georgia, while the field is still in its infancy, organizations are starting to realize the significance of a strong employer brand in standing out to potential employees. The financial investment in building and promoting this brand is seen as necessary for staying competitive.
