Abstract

E-governance in education is transforming how governments and educational institutions manage, deliver, and improve access to education globally. This paper offers a comparative analysis of e-governance policies in education across seven countries: the United States, Russia, India, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Finland. By evaluating their digital infrastructure, inclusivity, teacher training programs, public-private partnerships, and cyber security measures, this study reveals both the successes and challenges in adopting E-governance in education. The findings highlight the need for increased investment in digital infrastructure and teacher training, and strong cyber security frameworks to secure educational data and improve access to quality education worldwide.
